1. General Information
- Cankat Tour & Transfer provides tour, activity, and transfer booking services in the Antalya & Alanya region.
- By booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- All services are subject to availability and confirmation via email.
2. Booking & Payment
- You may book online via our website, email, WhatsApp, or in person at our office.
- Payment options:
- Pay later: You can secure your booking online and pay on the day of service.
- Prepayment: You may also pay securely online to guarantee your spot.
- Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time of the tour/transfer.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may result in a partial or no refund.
- No-shows (failure to appear without notice) are non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure (bad weather, road closure, safety concerns), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
4. Changes & Modifications
- If you wish to change your date, time, or passenger details, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We may need to adjust pick-up times depending on operational reasons, and we will inform you in advance.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Please be ready at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Carry a valid ID or passport for verification.
- Inform us of any special needs, luggage details, or mobility issues in advance.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver/guide.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Cankat Tour acts as a booking agent for tours and transfers. While we ensure professional services, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during the service.
- All our vehicles and tours are covered by legal passenger insurance in accordance with Turkish law.
7. Health & Safety
- Certain tours (e.g., Quad Safari, Paragliding) are not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or serious medical issues.
- You are responsible for assessing your fitness level before participating in activities.
8. Terms for Children
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Some tours may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons.
9. Photos & Media
- We may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform our staff in advance.
10. Complaints & Feedback
- If you experience any issue during your trip, please contact our team immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
- Complaints made after the service without notifying us at the time may not be eligible for compensation.
11. Applicable Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the Alanya Courts.
