Welcome to Cankat Tour & Transfer. By booking a tour, activity, or transfer through our website https://cankattour.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details (email & phone number).
  1. Prices & Payments
  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include all specified services (e.g., transport, guide, tickets) as per the tour description.
  • Payment methods:
    • Pay later: You can reserve your spot without upfront payment.
    • Pay on-site: For some services, you can pay directly to our staff on the day of the activity.
    • Online payment: If enabled, secure payment will be processed through our payment gateway.
  • Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier updates, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour/transfer.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • If the tour/transfer is canceled by us due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
  1. Changes to Your Booking
  • Any changes (date, time, number of participants) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Name changes can be made without additional charges.
  1. Travel Insurance
  • We strongly recommend having personal travel insurance.
  • Cankat Tour & Transfer is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, illness, or damage during the trip.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Participants must be in good health to join activities.
  • Some tours (e.g., quad safari, paragliding) may not be suitable for:
    • Pregnant women
    • People with heart conditions or mobility issues
  • You must follow the instructions of our guides/drivers at all times for your safety.
  1. Pick-up & Drop-off
  • Please be ready on time at the designated pick-up location.
  • Our drivers may wait a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
  • If you miss the pick-up due to your delay, no refund will be issued.
  1. Liability
  • While we ensure the highest level of service, Cankat Tour & Transfer is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • We act as an intermediary between you and local service providers (drivers, activity operators).
  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

  1. Photography & Media
  • During some tours, photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform our staff in advance.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Alanya/Antalya courts.
